Always Water Pty supplies Hot & Cold-Water Dispenser as part of our Rental Agreements. The units are suitable for Household and Office use. Each Water Dispenser Unit is supplied with two dispenser water bottles. One unit for direct use on top of the unit and the other unit for refill when required. The Water dispenser unit with dispenser bottles' remain the property of Always Water Pty and cleaning of the Dispenser Unit done on a regular basis.
If renting a property , whether for business or house hold purposes, Always Water Pty Ltd has the solution to your Water Problems.( Tank sizes for Domestic Water will be 2050 , 2500 and 5000 liters). Always Water can provide you with a Water Tank (JoJo) installation suitable for your needs on a Monthly Rental basis. Rental Agreement includes the installation of a Water Tank, pump and piping. Maintenance and cleaning of the Jo Jo Tanks can be arranged at an additional cost. Once an agreed Monthly Tank Rental Subscription is in place the Client will automatically become a Customer of Always Water and therefore the Client will receive preference when it comes to water deliveries, especially during water shortages. When the time arises for the Client to relocate of moves from the property the Client can either transfer the Rental Unit to your new property or cancel the Rental Agreement with no additional financial loss. Providing the tank and installation is still in good working order. Deposit amount will be levied and is fully refundable after exit inspection was conducted. The cost of tank delivery and removal will be for the cost of Always Water Pty. The deposit value will depend on the tank size and installation difficulty. The aim is to keep cost as low as possible.

The tanks are fitted on wooden bases treated with wood sealer and supplied with a discharge tap and level indicator to show the Client when the unit is empty and need a refill. The Client will choose the desired tank as for his household and or business purpose and the unit will be prepared and installed accordingly.
