The business was opened with the vision of providing safe, clean and on time delivery of reliable water to its Clients. The core strategy of the business is based on convenience, expertise and reliability. The convenience of a turnkey solution that is well thought out with reliable maintenance services also being provided making sure that the water quality is always good.
The water industry is expanding at a rapid pace as the water infrastructure in South Africa is declining and consumers being health conscious. With the expectation of water shortages being a possibility in the near future it is an industry with profitability, sustainability and growth potential.

The main stream business is the bulk supply of water although the need for bottled water is increasing, thus we have started producing RO3 Water that is available in 5 liter and 500ml bottles. This would include bottling, labeling, branding and supply of RO3 water for the food industry and to sell to franchises such as Spar, Pick and Pay, Checkers etc.

The Mining Industry has its own set of challenges and problems with the Supply of Water at the top of the list. Always Water Pty Ltd is currently supplying a number of mines in the eMalahleni area with Water and/or Water related services, so we are familiar with the Safety Protocols associated with Mining and Mining Areas. We can supply the following services: Bulk Supplier of Domestic or Drinking water JoJo Water tanks and pump Installations (rental options also available) JoJo Water tank Refills Hot & Cold-Water Dispensers (rental option also available) Bottled Water 5 liters and 500ml. Monthly water reports on the overall installation will be conducted and water sample analyses of the quality of the water will also be included in order to ensure compliance to the SANS 241: Drinking Water Standards contained. Both Bacterial and Full Spec Analyses to be provided. WRC – Quality of Domestic Water Supplies: In Conjunction with Various Laboratories the overall water quality can also be compared to WRC Standards (Class 0, 1, 2, 3 & 4) Borehole analyses can also be done, sampling of water streams, recommendations on impurities and removal of heavy metals. Always Water Pty will provide the Shop with a Base price for selling and delivering the purified water to the Shop Owner, which in turn can then sell the product at retail prices. Hot & Cold-Water Dispenser
Always Water Pty supplies Hot & Cold-Water Dispenser as part of our Rental Agreements. The units are suitable for Household and Office use. Each Water Dispenser Unit is supplied with two dispenser water bottles. One unit for direct use on top of the unit and the other unit for refill when required. The Water dispenser unit with dispenser bottles' remain the property of Always Water Pty and cleaning of the Dispenser Unit done on a regular basis.
Water Tank (JoJo) domestic water
If renting a property , whether for business or house hold purposes, Always Water Pty Ltd has the solution to your Water Problems.( Tank sizes for Domestic Water will be 2050 , 2500 and 5000 liters). Always Water can provide you with a Water Tank (JoJo) installation suitable for your needs on a Monthly Rental basis. Rental Agreement includes the installation of a Water Tank, pump and piping. Maintenance and cleaning of the Jo Jo Tanks can be arranged at an additional cost. Once an agreed Monthly Tank Rental Subscription is in place the Client will automatically become a Customer of Always Water and therefore the Client will receive preference when it comes to water deliveries, especially during water shortages. When the time arises for the Client to relocate of moves from the property the Client can either transfer the Rental Unit to your new property or cancel the Rental Agreement with no additional financial loss. Providing the tank and installation is still in good working order. Deposit amount will be levied and is fully refundable after exit inspection was conducted. The cost of tank delivery and removal will be for the cost of Always Water Pty. The deposit value will depend on the tank size and installation difficulty. The aim is to keep cost as low as possible.

Rental tank units for Drinking Water is available in the following tank sizes. (500 liter , 1000 , 2050 and 2500 liters). The tanks are fitted on wooden bases treated with wood sealer and supplied with a discharge tap and level indicator to show the Client when the unit is empty and need a refill. The Client will choose the desired tank as for his household and or business purpose and the unit will be prepared and installed accordingly. (installation cost is at not cost to the Client) Site visit will follow to determine if the area is suitable for deliveries. Once an agreed Monthly Tank Rental Subscription is in place the Client will automatically become a Customer of Always Water and therefore the Client will receive preference when it comes to water deliveries, especially during water shortages or outages. Each refill will be accompanied by a Drinking water Certificate and if tank cleaning is required it will be done by the staff of Always Water Pty. When the time arises for the Client to relocate of moves from the property the Client can either transfer the Rental Unit to the new property or cancel the Rental Agreement with no additional financial loss.(Providing the tank and installation is still in good working order).
